Basic Terms of Service:
All photographic bookings are confirmed subject to the full payment having been received and details of date, venue and times having been agreedand clearly communicated using emails or supplied booking forms.
For wedding bookings, a 'reserve the date' confirmation is accepted only after the signed wedding contract has been received and the non-refundable booking fee (deductable from the final amount) has been paid. The final amount must be settled no later than 3 weeks prior to the date of the event.
All images and other products are despatched once full payment has been settled. Images may not be printed (including screenshots), shared or downloaded until the full payment has been made.
Photographic style for any services provided would be similar to the styles of photos seen within this website as well as dependent on lighting, weather and other conditions experienced during the time of photography.
As per standard practice within the photographic industry and based on UK legislation, the copyright of all photos remain with Taz Rahman Photography in perpetuity, however, a sharing and printing license is given to the client once the images have been made available. For any commercial marketing use, unless prior permission has been given, please consult me first before using the images.
Prints ordered through me (Taz Rahman) are fulfilled by one of the best professional commercial labs in the UK and come colour corrected. Photos printed by the client using personal printers or at any other labs by the client might result in inferior quality colour reproduction. So I recommend all prints to be ordered through my online gallery link.
