As a responsible photography business owner, I take client privacy very seriously. Any information I have obtained about a client while performing my photographic duties, including website cookies is treated with the utmost confidence. Also, I donot undertake any mass email marketing practices. Any contact from me would be at an individual basis to discuss photographic services that has been requested by the client.
As per GPDR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliancy requirements, I have undertaken the necessary steps to ensure that any personal information obtained about you is stored securely. Your details constitute any information provided by you such as contact telephone numbers, addresses and any other notes made about you in order to perform my photographic duties. These details will not be made available to companies or individuals outside of what is required to perform the photographic booking you have made. In line with UK GDPR legislation, you the ‘client’ is entitled to know what information is being retained about you and can request to see it. To fully comply with GDPR legislation requirement with regards to facial recognition and the ability to identify an individual based on photographs or other details, I have undertaken the measures to seek consent from clients I have photographed to ensure that I have the permission to display such photographs within my website, social media pages and any publicity material.
Once you (the client) have made an enquiry through email, text or any online or offline messaing system, you hereby give consent to being contacted by me, by telephone, e-mail or mail to offer you photographic services. I am aware that you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future, which should be done by messaging me through the contact section of this website.
