At the start of July I was booked by the organiser of the Hello Cabaret event in Cardiff. Held at the beautifully whimsical Sunflower & I, a bar tucked into one of those grand Georgian buildings along Mount Stuart Square, in Cardiff Bay, I was at once in love with the place The evening comprised of a group of wonderfully talented singers performing theatrical standards from the great American songbook with piano accompaniment. I really loved being an fly on the wall at the event capturing the little stories and conversations in each song and corners of this magical little venue!
